Job Summary
Design, lay out, and produce high-quality visual materials across print, packaging, signage, and digital formats to support Mint Cannabis’s brand and retail operations. Lead concept development from briefs through production-ready artwork using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere). Collaborate with internal teams and the Creative Director to ensure brand compliance and marketing alignment. Create assets for packaging, retail displays, digital campaigns, laser engraving, and promotional materials; manage multiple projects with varying timelines; participate in photo/video shoots and assist with basic content prep. Maintain organized asset libraries and ensure all work meets quality and compliance standards. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana) and strong communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with cannabis, retail, or consumer goods industries (preferred)
- Experience with Asana or similar project management tools (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (preferred)
- Experience with Adobe Premiere or video/photo editing (preferred)
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS or motion graphics (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent required (education section)
