Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a related field
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Ability to create visually appealing, user-friendly layouts for websites (responsive, mobile, desktop) and print materials
- Ability to adapt design to a variety of settings and audiences of different age levels
- Ability to prepare and present concept design confidently to the customer
- Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with ministry, editorial, design, and production staff and understand the flow of projects between various stages of completion
