Job Summary
Develop bold, strategic visual design for high-visibility campaigns spanning elections, advocacy, and civic engagement across digital, print, out-of-home, and experiential environments. Lead concept development and execute creative work that drives action, while managing asset production from conception through delivery, including file prep, vendor coordination, and quality control. Partner with strategists, producers, and digital teams to ensure cohesive storytelling for major public activations, rallies, and immersive installations. Maintain brand standards and visual systems to ensure consistency across all campaign assets. This hybrid role requires in-office days in Brooklyn and offers a competitive salary of $85,000 with full health, dental, and vision coverage.
Required Qualifications
- 6–10+ years of graphic design experience including branding, typography, layout, compositing, and illustration across both digital and print
- Proven track record of leading complex design projects from conception to production with excellent attention to detail and cross-discipline coordination
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma or equivalent
- strong understanding of production processes for print, digital, and environmental graphics
- Commitment to social impact work, equity in public engagement, and campaigns that advance participation, awareness, or justice
- in-office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at our Prospect Heights office in Brooklyn
