Job Summary
Graphic Designer role focused on Social Media Design for Sporty Group. Create visual assets for social media platforms (match posts, highlights, thumbnails, announcements, and engagement-driven content), develop and adapt templates for consistent daily content production, and translate editorial ideas into scroll-stopping visuals. Support broadcast graphics (scoreboards, lower thirds, transitions, overlays) and maintain visual packages across competitions and shows. Design institutional materials (presentations, pitch decks, promotional assets) and assist internal teams with visual solutions. Contribute to motion graphics when needed and adapt designs for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok). Collaborate with social, editorial, and video teams to align creative output with content strategy; manage multiple requests with tight deadlines. Requires experience in digital media or sports environments, a strong design portfolio, and proficiency in Photoshop and other design tools. Strong layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy skills; ability to work under tight deadlines; proactive, collaborative, and ownership over deliveries.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a graphic designer, preferably in digital media, sports, or content-driven environments.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong visual execution across different formats (social, branding, presentations, etc.).
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Good working knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or Canva.
- Basic understanding of motion tools (After Effects or similar) is a plus.
- Understanding of formats, dimensions, and best practices for digital platforms.
