Job Summary
Graphic Designer supporting the Sales team within an internal creative centre of excellence. Deliver high-impact documentation, presentations, pitch decks, digital assets, and video content for sales teams; apply and promote brand guidelines consistently; contribute to evolving visual identity; apply advanced PowerPoint design and visual storytelling techniques; collaborate with sales and marketing to translate briefs into effective designs; maintain strong relationships with stakeholders; ensure materials comply with regulatory requirements and are clear and not misleading; liaise with external partners to produce materials; bring creative ideas to enhance briefs; utilize design software to create multi-format marketing materials; manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines; ensure client-facing materials meet compliance standards. Requires an undergraduate degree and 2–5 years’ graphic design experience, with strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint, and knowledge of print/digital production processes.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline
- 2 to 5 years of graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Advanced PowerPoint design and visual storytelling
- Experience delivering marketing materials across print and digital formats
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with sales/marketing teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and basic web design
Desired Qualifications
- 2-5 years graphic design experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Acrobat DC
- Advanced PowerPoint design and visual storytelling
- Experience delivering marketing materials across print and digital formats
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and basic web design
- Ability to adapt creative concepts into multi-channel outputs
