Job Summary
Graphic Designer for remote US, part-time (~20 hours/week). Develop and execute visual assets supporting marketing, sales, events, internal communications, and brand initiatives. Collaborate with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to translate creative direction into high-quality deliverables across digital and print channels. Produce a wide range of assets including presentations, marketing collateral, social graphics, advertisements, and event materials; ensure on-brand, production-ready files and maintain brand consistency. Contribute to brand evolution, support visual identity, and aid in creating visually engaging experiences that align with business objectives. Stay current with design trends and tools, bring ideas to improve visual communication, and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Strong design fundamentals, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential, as is effective communication with stakeholders and collaboration across teams.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in graphic design or related role
- Portfolio demonstrating excellence in layout, typography, branding, and visual design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Experience designing for digital and print environments
- Strong understanding of brand systems and visual consistency
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in a B2B, technology, or professional services environment preferred
- Experience designing presentations and executive-level PowerPoint decks preferred
- Familiarity with motion graphics or animation (basic)
- Figma or similar design and prototyping tools
- Digital and print production workflows
- Brand identity and design systems
- Social media and digital marketing asset creation
- Website design and visual content creation
- Adobe Creative Suite proficiency across Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
