Job Summary
Design digital marketing materials, including social media graphics, email banners, and promotional assets for blogs and presentations. Create and maintain brand-consistent visual content while incorporating AI tools like Canva and Adobe Firefly to enhance efficiency. Manage a digital asset library and deliver final artwork files adhering to strict brand guidelines and campaign timelines. This remote role supports the Marketing team with visual storytelling strategies and A/B testing visuals to improve engagement. Candidates must work part-time (20 hours/week) during PST or EST hours, possess a home office setup with a quality headset and HD webcam, and pass online cognitive assessments.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Familiarity with Canva, including AI features like Magic Design and Magic Write
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, and layout
- Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing environment
- Experience designing for both digital and print formats
- Ability to manage multiple design projects with varying deadlines
- Attention to detail and a commitment to brand consistency
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Experience using Canva AI tools
- Familiarity with Midjourney and DALL·E for visual asset generation
- Proficiency in using ChatGPT for creative support
- Experience with Adobe Firefly or similar AI-powered tools
- A home office set up that meets the following: Computer: A working computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and one of the following: Windows 11 with an Intel i5 or i7 (8th generation or newer), or AMD Ryzen 5 or 7 (2000 series or newer), or macOS 12 or newer
- Internet: Stable internet connection with at least 5 Mbps download and upload speeds
- Audio Equipment: A quality headset with a noise-cancellation feature for meetings
- Mobile Device: A smartphone capable of installing the Microsoft Authenticator app
- Webcam: An HD webcam for video calls
- Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written
- Able to work part time 20 hrs. a week, 4 hours per day, during PST or EST time zone: (Monday to Friday)
- Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments
- Able to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants)
