Job Summary
Plan and implement new designs for educational content, website updates, presentations, email marketing, brochures, and sales materials. Optimize existing user interface designs and test for intuitivity to increase user engagement. Create UX/UI prototypes for new product ideas and communicate with internal clients to align designs with business goals. Use Figma, Framer, and Claude Design to deliver iterative improvements across the training program and product suite.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or related study in graphic design, UX/UI
- 2+ years of experience in graphics design
- hands-on experience in design
- ideally EdTech
- Strong entrepreneurial and growth mindset
- Thriving in a quick, dynamic environment with an iterative development process
- Excellent team player that builds trust internally and with our users, customers and partners
