Job Summary
Graphic Designer (R&D) for Promova's AI-first growth-focused team. This full-time freelance engagement is about co-owning outcomes, not just executing briefs. Produce 30+ static creatives daily for Meta, build a reference library of layouts, create variations of top-performing creatives, track performance and suggest design-led improvements, and research AI tools to speed production. You will also help build production automations and create visuals for longreads and advertorials, with responsibility for funnel design support. Required: 1+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role; proficiency with a visual editor; hands-on experience with AI tools for static content generation; strong understanding of Meta ad creative formats and what converts; ability to think in variations and generate multiple solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in similar roles
- Proficient in any visual editor that gets the job done
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for static content generation
- Understanding of which tool works best for which format
- Strong understanding of what makes a Meta ad creative work — formats, technical specs, and the creative logic behind what converts
