Job Summary
Design and execute graphics assets across print and digital mediums, adhering to QTS brand standards. Develop concepts for patterns, logo lockups, social media, web, emails, reports, campaigns, and merchandise. Collaborate with the Brand, Marketing, and Communications teams while coordinating with third-party vendors for print production. Receive and incorporate meaningful feedback on assigned projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in graphic design or related field
- At least three years of professional experience in the Graphic Design or related field
- Strong portfolio of prior print and digital projects

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization
- Ability to convey complex ideas in a simple, relevant manner
- Ability to multitask with a diverse set of projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with project management tools
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 programs (Outlook, Teams, Onedrive, Sharepoint, Powerpoint, Word, Excel), Figma, digital asset management tools
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong knowledge of print production and file setup
- Strong work ethic, self-starter, and attention to detail
