Job Summary
Graphic Designer to translate dense Total Rewards and internal-communications content into clear visual storytelling. Design slides, headers, infographics, toolkits, and campaign templates; develop scalable visual systems while maintaining brand and accessibility standards. Collaborate closely with writers and project managers to deliver rapid-turn deliverables. Must translate data and program details into simple, engaging visuals and maintain consistency across assets. Strong experience in editorial and systems-based design; proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint; ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Portfolio required.
