Job Summary
Create production-ready assets for digital and print media using existing templates and style guides. Develop consistent content across multiple locations and time zones while creating revisions based on client feedback. Deliver quick turnaround and timely work adhering to tight deadlines. Manage print processes including resolution, bleed, margins, crop marks, and colors to ensure accurate file preparation. Work within a global team across Pune, Düsseldorf, and Szczecin, applying strong time management and attention to detail to support Metro's international operations.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Graphic design from a recognized Institute
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Intermediate skill level in InDesign
- Intermediate skill level in Photoshop
- Intermediate skill level in Illustrator
- Proficiency in the print process and preparing files for printing
- Knowledge of layouts
- Knowledge of graphic fundamentals
- Knowledge of typography
- Knowledge of iconography
- Knowledge of digital media production requirements
- Knowledge of print media production requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Proficiency in file sharing applications
