Job Summary
Develop and execute high-converting DTC creatives for Meta and Instagram ads, emails, and landing pages; collaborate with Paid Social Specialists and Creative Strategist and other creators to brainstorm and optimize performance; manage multiple client projects with attention to detail and on-time delivery; devise performance-driven creative strategies using data and insights; actively participate in team meetings; continuously experiment with new ideas and stay up-to-date with design and digital marketing trends.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in performance graphic design, ideally in an agency setting
- Strong expertise with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects)
- Experience with static designs and motion design for paid social
- Portfolio to showcase work
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Excellent eye for detail and high-quality output
- Organized with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Interest in marketing and expanding knowledge of digital marketing
