Job Summary
Orchestrate all graphic designs for print, workbooks, and presentations while preparing final press-ready files and resolving artwork issues during production. Manage the full design lifecycle from rough layout concepts and image retouching to packaging files for printers, media partners, and online applications. Coordinate with outside agencies, art services, and clients to ensure accurate job specifics for in-house and public use. Catalog project assets and submit approved concepts for review.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator
- A strong eye for visual composition
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism
- Self-Sufficient to lead the things
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design
- Experience with computer-aided design
- Hands on experience with tools like Adobe illustrator, Photoshop and Adobe indesign
