Job Summary
Design high-quality marketing assets across digital and print channels, including paid advertising, social media, email, events, out-of-home campaigns, and brand collateral. Create compelling sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, customer presentations, case studies, and solution briefs. Design new landing pages and website experiences, partnering with Marketing to improve conversion and user experience. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design new product experiences, refine existing workflows, and create polished UI for new and existing application features. Produce wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and production-ready designs in Figma. Help evolve and maintain North's visual identity across every customer-facing channel. Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging visual communication. Maintain consistency across our design systems, templates, and shared assets while continually improving them as the company grows. Balance multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Contribute creative ideas for product launches, campaigns, events, and brand initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong branding, marketing, presentation, and digital design work
- Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience designing sales collateral, marketing campaigns, websites, and digital experiences
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, color, and brand systems
- Ability to work across both brand marketing and product design projects
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organization and project management skills
- Comfortable receiving feedback, iterating quickly, and collaborating cross-functionally
- Startup mindset; excited to work across multiple disciplines and wear many hats
- Based in New York City
- Excited to collaborate in-office (hybrid, Dumbo Brooklyn)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience designing responsive web experiences and familiarity with UX/UI best practices
- Experience designing for B2B SaaS, cloud infrastructure, AI, or developer-focused products
- Experience creating event branding, environmental graphics, or out-of-home advertising
- Motion graphics or basic video editing experience (After Effects or similar)
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS or modern website builders
- Experience working within or helping maintain a scalable design system
