Job Summary
Analyze client briefs to identify core problems and propose creative solutions that align with business goals while leading the development of original visual concepts. Mentor junior designers by offering constructive feedback, guiding their professional development, and ensuring alignment with overall creative direction. Create designs tailored for digital use including social media posts and web banners, collaborating closely with developers to ensure technical feasibility. Maintain and evolve brand identities across clients while upholding high aesthetic standards for portfolio-ready outputs. Proactively identify opportunities to improve internal processes and support pitch activities by contributing visual strategies and presentation materials.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic or digital design (social media, banners, marketing materials)
- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Desired Qualifications
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior designers
- Familiarity with Figma or other modern design tools
- Interest or basic understanding of HTML/CSS
- Comfortable using or learning AI tools (for image generation, ideas, and strategy support)
- Strong eye for detail
