Job Summary
Graphic Designer role across Million Dollar Baby Co. brands (Babyletto, Namesake, daVinci) focused on translating brand storytelling into visually arresting content for digital advertising, social media, email, retail, and websites. Responsibilities include creating content across channels, applying motion graphics and GIFs, collaborating with the Senior Designer and cross-functional teams, maintaining brand integrity, owning DTC website assets and improving on-site storytelling, aligning design toward performance metrics (ROAS, reach, CTR, thumb stop rate, site traffic), leveraging AI tools to accelerate production, staying current with design trends, editing video/photo assets, developing print and marketing materials, and managing multiple projects with deadlines. Required: Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of experience; strong design fundamentals; expert Adobe Creative Suite and Figma/Canva skills; experience across web, mobile, print; comfort with AI tools; strong communication; collaborative, proactive attitude; passion for design and culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of training and 3+ years of hands-on experience
- Proven mastery of design fundamentals: layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects)
- Expert proficiency in Figma and Canva
- Demonstrated experience designing for web, mobile, tablet, and print collaterals
- Comfort with AI-powered creative tools; willing to experiment and push the team forward
- Strong conceptual thinking and communication
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
