Job Summary
Attend project kickoffs, production turnovers, internal creative reviews, and status meetings to manage in-store branding and print signage initiatives. Create and produce sign components, develop style guides, and update signing packages to align with business strategies and simplify store execution. Review and approve printing proofs to ensure color and content accuracy while resolving digital file issues and escalating problems as needed. Deliver mock-ups and maintain compliance with brand guidelines and quality standards. Work onsite near Rogers, AR in a hybrid role with a salary of $45–$48k/yr. Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years as a Graphic Designer or in a related role in a digital, creative, or related retail or agency environment
- Knowledge of print production skills and file specifications
- Portfolio with examples
- Savvy with Mac products & Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, & Photoshop
- Champion of team success
- Self-driven, organized, and confident communicator
- Full-time/hybrid opportunity working onsite at our client's headquarters located near Rogers, AR
