Job Summary
Develop creative design concepts, layouts, and visual assets for logos, branding materials, social media graphics, and website elements using industry-standard software. Conduct research to stay informed about design trends, best practices, and competitor analysis while incorporating feedback to refine visuals. Edit and manipulate video footage to create engaging content for social media channels, applying storytelling techniques and sequencing audio elements including dialogue, music, and sound effects. Ensure all final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand while collaborating with stakeholders and the creative team. Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in graphic design software and other relevant tools
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, layout composition, and video editing techniques
- Creative thinking and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs and engaging videos
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics
- Ability to manage multiple tasks related to designing simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Ability to think of new ideas and should be able to handle things independently
- Creative with a high degree of flexibility
- Adaptability and willingness to incorporate feedback and make revisions as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field

- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design and video editing projects, demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and a variety of styles
