Job Summary
Transform creative briefs into visually compelling designs for print, digital, and experiential marketing materials. Design trade show booths, environmental graphics, signage, and branding systems while preparing production-ready artwork for large-format applications. Collaborate with Art Directors, Copywriters, and team members to develop creative solutions that align with Gallagher's brand standards. Apply industry best practices to deliver fresh, innovative designs that inspire and engage. Requires 5+ years of experience in agency or in-house creative teams, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, and a bachelor's degree in visual communications.
Required Qualifications
- solid understanding of design principles like composition, typography, color theory, and layout
- experience in creating large-format graphics, event branding systems, and trade show displays
- proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, especially InDesign and Photoshop
- associate or bachelor's degree in visual communications, graphic design, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in an agency or in-house creative team, with a focus on experiential marketing and branded environments
