Job Summary
Conduct daily creative reviews, production turnovers, and status meetings to manage project lifecycles from kickoff to final delivery. Create and produce sign components for in-store branding while maintaining compliance with brand guidelines by reviewing printing proofs and verifying color accuracy. Develop style guides, mock-ups, and innovative signing solutions that align with business strategies to simplify store execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve digital file issues and escalate problems as needed. This full-time hybrid role in Bentonville, Arkansas, requires 3-4 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite and a strong portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years as a Graphic Designer or in a related role in a brand print, creative, or related retail or agency environment
- Knowledge of print production skills and file specifications
- Portfolio with examples
- Savvy with Mac products & Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, & Photoshop
- Champion of team success
- Self-driven, organized, and confident communicator
- 100% remote work will not be considered for this position
