Job Summary
Design logos, social media graphics, brochures, and email templates for real estate and small-business clients while managing your own project queue. Turn around revisions promptly based on written feedback, occasionally joining live Zoom check-ins, and ensure all work aligns with each client's brand and messaging. Stay current on design trends relevant to marketing for these sectors. This ongoing contract work features a steady project pipeline with variable pay ranging from $600 to $1,400 per month, subject to a 30-day probation period. You will work remotely with flexible hours, utilizing a computer capable of running Adobe Creative Suite, dual monitors, and high-speed internet.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional design experience (agency, freelance, or in-house)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, PhotoShop, and InDesign)
- Comfortable communicating in written English
- Self-directed — able to manage multiple small projects without close oversight
Desired Qualifications
- A strong portfolio showing range across digital and print design - illustrative work and typography a plus
- basic copywriting ability for design-adjacent text (headlines, CTAs)
