Design logos, social media graphics, brochures, and email templates for real estate and small-business clients. Turn around revisions promptly based on written feedback and keep work aligned with each client's brand. Manage your own project queue and communicate proactively on timelines while staying current on relevant design trends. Deliver consistent, on-time visuals for a steady pipeline of ongoing contract work. Full rates apply after a 30-day probation period; earnings range from $600–$1,400/month depending on volume and complexity.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional design experience (agency, freelance, or in-house)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, PhotoShop, and InDesign)
- Comfortable communicating in written English
- Self-directed — able to manage multiple small projects without close oversight
Desired Qualifications
- A strong portfolio showing range across digital and print design - illustrative work and typography a plus
