Job Summary
Graphic Designer to craft visually compelling marketing materials across digital and print, develop WordPress website graphics, and create social media visuals that align with brand standards. Collaborates with Marketing, Content, Digital, and Leadership to maintain brand consistency, drive lead generation, and support campaigns. Requires strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress experience, and a solid portfolio showcasing branding and digital design work. Availability to support multiple campaigns and events, with a focus on delivering high-quality visuals on tight timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, Marketing Design, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in graphic design, digital design, or creative software are considered an asset
- Experience: 4-7 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or creative marketing roles
- Demonstrated experience designing marketing materials across both digital and print platforms
- Experience working with WordPress websites and creating website graphics is required
- Experience supporting social media marketing, digital advertising, and content marketing initiatives
- Experience working within established brand guidelines while contributing creative ideas and innovation
- Experience in education, EdTech, or child development sectors is considered an asset
- Key Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Strong working knowledge of Figma, Canva, or similar design platforms; Typography, layout design, color theory, branding principles; Ability to create visually engaging content that supports marketing objectives; Excellent communication and collaboration skills; Strong organizational and project management abilities; Creative thinker with exceptional attention to detail; Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, motion graphics, or video editing is considered an asset
