Job Summary
Graphic Designer (English/Spanish) responsible for translating briefs into high-impact design solutions across digital, print, email, web merchandising, social media, direct mail, and Point of Sale. Collaborate with Marketing stakeholders across time zones to adapt a campaign hero image into multiple variations while preserving brand integrity. Manage production-ready assets, ensure pixel-perfect, brand-compliant outputs, and coordinate with external vendors for print and digital specs. Role requires strong English and Spanish communication, a bachelor's degree in a design-related field, and 5+ years of professional design experience. The position is remote-friendly but based in Mexico City or the Metropolitan Area, with potential in-office meetings at the Colonia del Valle office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of professional design experience (in-house or agency experience a plus)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong bilingual communication in English and Spanish
- Portfolio showcasing multi-format campaigns and production-heavy design work
- Experience with Figma or motion design (Adobe After Effects) preferred
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools (Adobe Firefly, Gemini, ChatGPT) a huge plus
- Remote-friendly position with requirement to be based in Mexico City or the Metropolitan Area
- PC-based workflow with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
