Job Summary
Develop creative concepts and visual solutions that align with project goals and university brand standards for a diverse audience including prospective students, donors, and faculty. Execute designs for publications, campaigns, digital assets, and environmental graphics, then prepare production-ready files for print and digital distribution. Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency across all deliverables while collaborating with clients, copywriters, and the graphic design team to adhere to brand direction. Participate in weekly creative team meetings to discuss workload and priorities, maintain accurate project status updates within the department's management system, and contribute ideas to improve creative workflows. Stay current with design trends and best practices in higher education marketing to support the university's mission in aviation and aerospace.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Graphic Design
- 3-5 years
- Ability to work in a complex university environment that is fast-paced, deadline-driven and collaborative
- Strong ability to communicate and present designs effectively, including client pitches
- Ability to welcome feedback and incorporate requested changes as projects evolve
- Creative/Marketing Agency or higher-ed experience
- In-person position
- Prescott, Arizona campus
