Job Summary
Execute accurate DTP, artwork preparation, layout, and prepress for Museum of Illusions projects across 70+ global locations. Adapt graphics for diverse formats and production methods while collaborating with architectural teams, project managers, and external vendors to ensure deliverables are technically correct and visually consistent. Manage multiple deadlines, maintain strict file organization, and identify visual or technical errors within established brand guidelines. Requires 5+ years of DTP experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, and willingness to travel internationally for site supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in DTP, graphic production or artwork preparation
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of print production and prepress
- Excellent knowledge of typography, layout, image resolution, color management and file preparation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify visual and technical errors
- Ability to work within established templates, guidelines and brand standards
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally when required for project installation and site supervision
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in graphic design and production
- Proven mid-level graphic design experience, with a strong focus on DTP and production-ready artwork
- Strong understanding of print production, file preparation, prepress, and technical specifications
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and translate 2D designs into 3D/spatial applications
- Excellent command of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Excellent English comprehension and communication skills (C1 level or above preferred)
- Excellent command of MS Office
- Highly organized, independent, and proactive
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong visual and technical understanding
- Able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
- Willingness to travel internationally when needed to supervise graphic installation and ensure correct implementation on site
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with large-format printing, signage or environmental graphics is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Blender or other 3D software is considered a strong advantage, particularly for spatial and 3D graphic applications
- Experience with 3D and spatial graphics is considered a strong advantage
