Job Summary
Graphic Designer needed to shape the narrative of DCI’s groundbreaking HDD/underground utilities products. You will design across digital and print channels, build on-brand PowerPoint materials for training/sales/marketing, create Mailchimp and Flipsnack content, lead trade show assets, design packaging and dieline artwork, and produce 3D renderings with KeyShot. You’ll coordinate with vendors, adapt visuals for global audiences, plan content with SMEs and cross-functional teams, and travel up to 10% for events. The role requires 6+ years of design experience in B2B/manufacturing/industrial contexts, strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint, Mailchimp/Flipsnack, KeyShot, packaging/print production, and a portfolio spanning brand work to production-heavy deliverables. Collaboration with global teams, attention to typography and print specs, and a proactive, adaptable mindset are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years Graphic design experience
- B2B industry experience in manufacturing/industrial/technical product environments
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience designing and formatting polished PowerPoint presentations
- Working knowledge of Mailchimp and Flipsnack for email and digital publication design
- Hands-on experience with KeyShot for product rendering and visualization
- Proven experience designing product packaging and label artwork, including dieline setup and print production
- Proven experience designing for trade shows and live events, including large-format production and vendor coordination
- Demonstrated ability to design for global audiences with cultural sensitivity and adaptability
- Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams including content managers, subject matter experts, and global marketing teams
- A portfolio that demonstrates range, from brand-level work to production-heavy deliverables
- Deep understanding of typography, layout, color, and print specifications
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, low-drama attitude
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%
- Preferred: SketchUp 3D modeling/spatial visualization
- Preferred: experience with brand systems
- Preferred: motion graphics or basic video editing
- Preferred: product photography workflows
- Preferred: Craft CMS
