Job Summary
Design and develop marketing materials across digital ads, social media graphics, website visuals, email campaigns, product packaging, and print collateral. Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional partners; mentor junior designers to maintain a consistent brand voice; assist in photo and video shoots; uphold and evolve the Brand Style Guide; conceptualize design solutions for product launches and campaigns; stay current with design trends and tools to keep the brand visually fresh; manage multiple projects and provide constructive feedback in design reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software
- Strong portfolio showcasing range of design styles and projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Mentorship ability to guide junior designers
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of photography and video is a plus
- Art direction knowledge is helpful
