Job Summary
Translate instructional content into visual concepts and storyboards, designing static graphics, infographics, and course assets that carry meaning on their own. Collaborate with instructional designers to find the best visual angle for every learning objective, ensuring complex ideas are distilled into visuals that make people stop and think. Co-create with AI tools as a real part of your design process, bringing new ideas and accelerating output. This role requires proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop, along with a solid foundation in composition, typography, and color theory. Experience with data visualization, specifically charts and infographics that inform rather than decorate, is essential. Candidates must demonstrate a visual storytelling instinct and genuine enthusiasm for AI tools. The position offers timely, market-range compensation, paid time off for U.S. public holidays, and Summer Fridays with shorter hours. Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop
