Job Summary
Lead the design and layout for full-scale D&D products (core rulebooks, campaign settings, high-profile releases); establish visual systems and typography hierarchies; concept and create graphic style guides, cover designs, and packaging; serve as the graphic design lead, coordinating with editors, illustrators, and production to deliver assets on time; support the art team to ensure cohesive, accessible, and inspiring products; contribute to improving design tools, workflows, and asset pipelines with production and digital teams.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, layout, or publishing
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Portfolio showing clean, high-impact editorial design with fantasy, storytelling, or entertainment properties
- Experience leading design reviews and providing creative direction
- Experience managing production timelines and cross-functional collaboration with art, editorial, and print production teams
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience with existing IPs and franchises
