Job Summary
Graphic Designer to support the Property Marketing Design team in executing the strategic vision of the Property Marketing Center of Excellence. Responsible for creating and production‐ready marketing collateral and templates, coordinating with marketing leadership and fee-earners, attending strategy sessions, developing materials to communicate key messages, ensuring adherence to brand standards, and delivering high‐quality visuals on tight deadlines using Adobe Creative Suite. Responsibilities include producing brochures, boards, flyers, direct mail, e-blasts, event invitations, maps, charts, and other marketing visuals; coordinating printer handoffs and production notes; reviewing drafts with Design/Marketing Managers; and maintaining efficient workflows and clear communication of priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design/Communications or related discipline preferred
- 3+ years of graphic design experience
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of HTML is a bonus
- Experience with infographics and iconography for effective visual communication
- Detail oriented, organized, able to handle multiple projects in fast-paced environment
- Experience with high-end graphics, marketing, or production environment and/or real estate background a plus
- Strong internal/external customer service and communication skills
