Job Summary
Design and produce visual marketing materials, including new business proposals, market overview presentations, brochures, flyers, and maps. Create elements for successful client engagement projects, facilitating the process from start to finish. Promote high-level adoption of corporate standards for all visual communications. Partner with sales professionals to align a vision with a client's need, and communicate regularly with internal clients to meet commitments and deadlines. Devise strong visual solutions for research-based information such as statistical graphs, charts, and tables. This hybrid role requires 4 days in office (1 Etobicoke, 1 Downtown, 2 flexible) and offers a salary range of $69,014–$80,000.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related field
- 3+ years of graphic design experience
- Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Advanced knowledge with MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience working with style guides and brand
- Hybrid work arrangement (4 days in office: 1 day in Etobicoke, 1 day in Downtown, 2 days of your choosing)
- Toronto, ON location
- Currently authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis
