Job Summary
Create visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications while designing graphics for websites, social media, print, and digital advertising. Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD. Contribute to design systems and style guides, then revise and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards while organizing a library of design assets and templates. Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices. Collaborate with UX designers, developers, marketing, and product teams within an Agile/Scrum environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in UI and graphic design with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices
- Experience with animation and motion design
- Familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel
- Excellent visual design skills, with attention to detail, typography, and color theory
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to take feedback and iterate on designs effectively
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
