Job Summary
Graphic Designer to support Buck Knives' Marketing and eCommerce team. Responsibilities include updating brand materials and collateral (packaging, certificates, dealer catalogs, digital assets), editing product photos using Lightroom and Photoshop, creating sales and marketing assets (presentations, spec sheets, launch sheets), supporting email campaigns and website graphics, producing social media content, and collaborating with the Marketing & Communications Manager and Senior Graphic Designer to ensure on-brand visuals. Must maintain brand guidelines, manage multiple design projects, and demonstrate strong typography and visual hierarchy. This is an in-office, on-site role requiring a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field and a portfolio of design work.
Required Qualifications
- Graphic design portfolio or examples of design work with portfolio link
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom)
- Strong team player with eagerness to learn from marketing team members
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, following directions from Marketing & Communications Manager and Senior Graphic Designer
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to articulate process and design direction
- Solid foundation in layouts, typography, visual hierarchy, photography composition, color and design fundamentals
- Willingness to take critique and apply feedback
- Passion for outdoors and knives is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field (visual communications, digital design) or equivalent work experience
