Job Summary
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create designs for product packaging, marketing materials, and digital platforms. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency while conceptualizing assets that align with brand identity and target audiences. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, conduct market research to gather feedback, and present design concepts to internal stakeholders and clients. Manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a consumer products company
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and Figma
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and styles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of print production and packaging design is a plus
