Job Summary
Develop high-quality visual assets for digital platforms including social media, websites, and online campaigns, while creating print-ready artwork for catalogs, brochures, packaging inserts, and retail displays. Translate marketing concepts into engaging design solutions that align with Kryolan's global brand standards, typography, and color palettes. Collaborate closely with photographers, retouchers, and marketing teams to interpret creative briefs, participate in brainstorming sessions, and deliver cohesive visual communication. Manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines, organize design files systematically, and ensure timely delivery of final artwork. Requires intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite within a Mac OS environment.
Required Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design work across digital and print mediums
- Solid understanding of layout design, typography, color theory and visual hierarchy
- Exceptional attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Illustrator
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe InDesign
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Photography, Visual Communication, Graphic Design or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in product retouching, preferably within cosmetics, beauty or consumer goods industries
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is mandatory
- Must be proficient and experienced in working exclusively in a Mac OS environment
Desired Qualifications
- Basic working knowledge of Adobe Lightroom or After Effects is an advantage
- Experience working with cosmetic products, packaging and studio photography workflows
- Familiarity with e-commerce and catalog production requirements
