Job Summary
Senior Graphic Designer for Asset Management leading end-to-end design initiatives (brand marketing design across campaigns, events, thought leadership content, presentation design, design systems and visual assets). Responsibilities include translating marketing priorities into impactful visual design, leading integrated creative across digital, print, and experiential platforms, developing concepts from ideation to production, collaborating with writers and strategists, creating senior-stakeholder presentation materials, upholding brand standards with ADA/legal/compliance alignment, producing production-ready assets, contributing to motion and digital-first design, and mentoring junior designers while juggling multiple projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 6+ years of experience in a brand, marketing, or in-house creative environment
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite; proficiency in Figma and PowerPoint preferred
- Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling across multiple media
- Experience designing within scalable brand systems
- Deep understanding of digital-first design and campaign execution
- Exceptional typography, layout, and compositional skills
