Job Summary
Create and execute creative assets for beef brands across retail, foodservice, international, and direct-to-consumer channels. Design sales presentations, product guides, brochures, and packaging materials including labels, boxes, and point-of-sale assets. Develop digital assets for email campaigns, websites, and social media while supporting HR recruiting materials and internal communications. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each brand maintains a distinct visual identity and preparing print-ready files for vendors. Coordinate with external suppliers and maintain design templates and brand assets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within the food, agriculture, consumer packaged goods, meat, or e-commerce industries
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Experience creating both print and digital marketing materials
- Strong understanding of packaging design, print production, and file preparation
- Experience developing business-to-business sales materials, customer presentations, and corporate communications
- Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple brands, departments, and projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Desired Qualifications
- Photography, videography, content creation, or food styling experience is a plus
- A passion for food, agriculture, ranching, and premium consumer brands
- The ability to shift seamlessly between multiple brand identities and corporate audiences while preserving the unique personality and purpose of each
