Job Summary
Graphic Designer responsible for creating visually compelling designs across print, digital, and motion assets to communicate brand campaigns. Works independently or as part of a remote team, producing assets across platforms, coordinating with stakeholders from concept to final delivery, exporting print-ready artwork, and managing CMS uploads. Requires advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Animate for HTML5 banners, Illustrator, Photoshop) and strong skills in HTML/CSS, layout, branding, and visual storytelling. Must maintain brand identity standards, manage multiple projects, and participate in ongoing skills development. Role emphasizes flexible hours, remote collaboration, and a focus on delivering high-quality designs on schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in graphic design
- Proven experience in graphic design with strong portfolio
- 3+ years' experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Adobe Animate, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience creating Word and PowerPoint templates
- Strong layout skills
- HTML and CSS abilities
- Excellent English communication (Australian)
- Organisational and time-management skills
- Experience creating Google ad-ready HTML banners (preferably in Adobe Animate)
- Capability to create branding for events across various media
