Job Summary
Respond to creative design briefs for ongoing projects and team pitches while maintaining an organized file structure and data management system. Handle ad hoc projects with quick turnaround times and keep up to date with media production specifications for digital, online, and print formats. Participate in pitch processes and brainstorming sessions to articulate visual concepts to stakeholders, ensuring all work meets high attention to detail standards.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a designer in events industry or with an agency
- Strong visual and conceptual skills
- Technical ability behind the computer
- Strong organizations skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
- Excellent communicator
- High attention to detail
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite
- Deep understanding of all design and digital executions
- Knowledge of latest trends and opportunities in the design industry
- Knowledge of best practice to user behaviors
- Ability to articulate the value of a concept or visual design to key stakeholders and team members
