Job Summary
Conceptualize and design visual communications and digital interfaces to support the Bank's mission while maintaining identity standards. Consult with project teams to understand goals, then lead the design process from concept through production using AI-assisted ideation, layout exploration, and workflow automation. Produce final design assets in collaboration with UX/Design colleagues, creating sketches, wireframes, storyboards, and data visualizations with AI-driven tools. Analyze business needs to inform design recommendations and collaborate with Digital Strategy, IT, and Communications teams on program enhancements. Stay current with design research and AI-supported creative workflows, participating in user research activities and maintaining brand guidelines for ethical AI use.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, visual studies, or related field
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Ability to work effectively on multidisciplinary teams
- Strong creative and problem solving abilities
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Strong design, typography, and production skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong ability to articulate design decisions clearly and concisely
- Understanding of user centered design principles
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and modern design tools
- Competence with HTML and CSS
- Experience using AI assisted design tools (e.g., generative imagery, layout suggestions, automated pattern libraries)
- Ability to evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, accessibility, ethical use, and brand alignment
- Awareness of evolving AI capabilities and willingness to integrate them appropriately into design workflows
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of digital photo/video production
