Job Summary
Create partnership proposals and ticketing collateral while adapting design elements to maintain BC Lions brand continuity across all sponsorship and sales materials. Collaborate with marketing, digital, and game operations teams to integrate sponsors into branded elements, then consolidate data into visually pleasing reports. Perform precise proofing of all deliverables and manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines using Adobe Creative Cloud. Work onsite at Game Day and all football events as needed, adhering to strict brand standards and meeting all deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Communication skills both internally with key stakeholders via e-mail, phone and in person
- Capable of working on multiple design projects at a given time under tight deadlines
- Ability to Work with sponsors on creative brand elements such as A-frames, LEDs, digital game program ads, and other items as assigned
- Excellent file management skills including archiving, manipulating and distribution of files
- Knowledgeable and efficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Majority of workload will be InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Experienced working in animation, specifically After Effects to develop motion graphics for in-stadium LEDs
- Post-secondary graphic design education
- Excellent design sense
- Able to take direction and work within Club's brand standards
- Able to work collaboratively and take constructive feedback
- Good understanding of typography
- Detail-oriented, especially under deadline pressure
- Excellent grammar, spelling, proofreading, verbal and writing abilities
- Highly organized and communicative
- Willing to work long hours and weekends; able to work at all home games
- A true passion for sports, the CFL and the BC Lions
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years' work experience preferred
