Graphic Design Manager

Lead and mentor a distributed graphic design team to deliver packaging artwork, sales materials, digital graphics, and catalogs across multiple brands. Combine hands-on design with leadership to ensure high-quality output in packaging, marketing design, and print production. Collaborate with print vendors and internal teams to ensure brand consistency, technical specs, and timely delivery. Expertise in packaging design, print production methods (Flexo, Offset, Digital), Pantone color management, and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is required; experience coordinating across departments and mentoring remote/international designers is essential.
