Job Summary
Create content for social posts, blogs, flyers, digital campaigns, and videos while participating in initial planning and ideation with the Marketing team. Write headlines and subheads within graphics, conduct competitive analysis and market research, and organize priorities to meet deadlines. Collaborate closely with internal departments and become familiar with UHM brands. This 3-month summer program in Strongsville, Ohio, treats interns as full-time partners working 40 hours a week with compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Marketing, Communications or a related major
- Must have graphic or digital design experience from an internship, job or coursework
- Junior or Senior Standing
- Content creation skills - must be familiar with Adobe Illustrator
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks
- Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn
- Positive working attitude, contributing as an individual and team member to accomplish goals
- Ability to collaborate with various levels of partners (employees)
- Microsoft Office Skills
