Job Summary
Graphic Design Intern/Associate for the EMEA region at Infobip. You will design static visual assets across digital and print, create social media content, develop 2D animations, produce event materials, and contribute to long-form content while ensuring output aligns with brand guidelines. You’ll collaborate with diverse EMEA marketing stakeholders, manage multiple projects with attention to detail, and apply templates and brand standards. The role requires 1–3 years of design experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma, experience across digital, social, print, event, and editorial formats, knowledge of print production, motion graphics, strong communication, and awareness of the EMEA market (multilingual skills a plus). Flexible hybrid work model is offered, with opportunities for internal mobility and global exposure.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a design role (agency or in-house)
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) and/or Figma
- Experience designing across a broad range of formats: digital, social, print, event, and editorial
- Experience with print production requirements (bleeds, resolution, file prep for vendors)
- Experience with 2D motion graphics and animation
- Demonstrated ability to work within and apply brand guidelines
- Comfortable working from templates while bringing creativity and precision to each execution
- Familiarity with A/B testing or format performance evaluation is a plus
- Strong communication skills: able to present work and take feedback constructively
- EMEA market awareness; multilingual skills are a plus but not required
