Job Summary
Graphic Design Instructor to support LaSalle College Vancouver’s Art and Design programs. Responsibilities include teaching and curriculum development for Graphic Design courses, delivering instruction across multiple sections per term, designing course outlines and rubrics, assessing and recording student progress, advising and supporting students to achieve educational goals, and participating in faculty development, committee work, and program quality assurance. The role requires effective communication with students and colleagues, the ability to design and deliver engaging and learner-centered instruction, and maintaining appropriate records and compliance with program standards. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills are essential. A Master’s degree in design or related discipline and at least three years of related experience are required; international credential evaluation is noted as part of hiring considerations. The position is hourly, in-person, and falls under sessional/part-time faculty within the LCI Global framework.
