Job Summary
Execute assignments and projects as determined by leadership, utilizing project management skills to manage and report on assignment and project status. Build a network of contacts within the assigned line of business or division while effectively communicating with others to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. Complete assigned coursework, participate in self-learning, and perform any other duties as assigned while adhering to established safety procedures. Manage time to meet established deadlines and demonstrate initiative within a team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current enrollment (or recent completion) in accredited degreed program
- Strong academic record with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service skills with the ability to respond to internal and/or external requests
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to multitask and be flexible
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Capacity to learn additional software applications as required by the assignment
- Capable of managing own time to meet established deadlines
- Ability to demonstrate initiative
