Job Summary
Produce and execute high-quality visual assets for promotional email campaigns, website banners, and social media content aligned with established brand guidelines. Prioritize multiple concurrent creative requests under direction, ensuring all deliverables meet technical specifications and brand consistency for US-based e-commerce brands in the home decor and lighting sectors. Collaborate closely with the Design Lead, Marketing, Merchandising, and Social Media teams to support seamless campaign execution while maintaining organized digital asset libraries. Review designs for accuracy and rendering quality prior to final delivery, staying updated on current e-commerce design trends and UI best practices. This full-time, contractual role operates remotely from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM US Eastern Time, with compensation ranging from $6 to $9 per hour gross.
Required Qualifications
- College or University Graduate of Fine Arts, Marketing or related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic, marketing, or digital design
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Familiarity with collaborative/cloud platforms such as Monday.com, Google Suite, and Dropbox
- Must work on a current macOS system
- A fast, highly reliable home internet connection (minimum 200–300 Mbps)
- A quiet, distraction-free work environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding organizational skills
- A proven ability to multi-task under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Eligible to legally work as a remote freelancer or contractor based in the Philippines
- Natural-born Filipino citizen or Foreigner with a working VISA or permit to legally work in the Philippines
- Has own current macOS system running the latest version of Adobe Creative Suite
- Has a fast and reliable internet connection at home (at least 200-300 MBPS)
- Has a quiet and distraction free work environment at home
- Willing to work in graveyard shifts or changing shift US schedules
- 9:00AM to 6:00PM US Eastern Time, Mondays to Fridays
- 8 hours guaranteed shift per work day
- US Holidays are normal working hours / days
- Any overtime needs to be pre-approved by the client
Desired Qualifications
- Experience and qualified based on the criteria below
- Candidates coming from e-commerce, home decor, fashion, or interior design retail
- Hands-on experience with email design and deployment platforms (e.g., BEE Pro, Attentive, Klaviyo, or similar)
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS web standards and asset compression mechanics for optimal web performance
- Prior experience working as a remote contractor or freelancer servicing US-based companies
