Job Summary
The Grants Manager is responsible for developing and managing grant funding pipelines and proposals at PPIL, ensuring effective organizational collaboration and compliance with grant requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience with grants administration and/or compliance
- Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma/GED
- Grant writing experience
- Nonprofit or philanthropic experience
Desired Qualifications
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to set and revise policies and procedures
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems
- Expert-level Excel skills
- Strong ability to evaluate and learn new systems
Additional Requirements
